Entrance - both front and back doors open in to a large bright hall. All rooms are accessed from the hall.
Lounge - Spacious living area with 3 piece suite, coffee table, TV (freeview), DVD player and open fire. Bay windows with stunning views across Daviot Moor. There are a selection of games and DVD's.
Dining Area - just off the lounge. Table and seating for 6. Door leading to kitchen.
Kitchen - well equipped fully fitted modern kitchen with island breakfast bar. Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty crockery, glassware and cutlery for up to 6 guests.
Utility Room - Washing machine and tumble drier.
Master Bedroom - spacious bedroom with kingsize bed, bedside units, fully fitted units. En suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 - twin beds with bedside units. Fully fitted units with wash hand basin.
Bedroom 3 - twin beds with bedside units. Free standing units.
Bathroom - corner bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and wc.
